Screen & interview.

After reviewing your application for a match with our business needs, a Talent representative may conduct an initial phone screen. Qualified candidates move to hiring‑manager review and interviews (phone/video or face‑to‑face) focused on your experience, motivation, and questions about the role, team, and company.

If selected, you’ll receive an offer and onboarding details. If not selected, you’ll be notified via phone call or email.
