Compu Dynamics Raises Record-Breaking Donation for Northern Virginia Community College at 6th Annual Charity Golf Tournament

Compu Dynamics NOVA Donation 2025

Headquartered in Virginia, Compu Dynamics has raised over $200,000 to date for NOVA’s Information and Engineering Technologies programs.

CHANTILLY, Va. (December 02, 2025)Compu Dynamics, a leading data center design-build and infrastructure solutions provider, recently hosted its 6th Annual Charity Golf Tournament — bringing the company’s total donations to Northern Virginia Community College (NOVA) to more than $200,000. This year’s event alone contributed a record $55,000 to support NOVA’s Information and Engineering Technologies (IET) programs, helping equip local students with the skills and resources needed to pursue careers in the fast-growing data center and digital infrastructure sectors.

Hosted at Bull Run Golf Club, the tournament welcomed more than 150 participants representing over 40 companies across the data center and mission-critical infrastructure community. The sold-out event has become one of Northern Virginia’s premier data center networking and charity events, bringing together many customers, partners, and industry professionals in support of local education and workforce development.

“Our annual golf tournament continues to be one of the most rewarding ways we connect with our partners while giving back to the community,” said Steve Altizer, President and CEO of Compu Dynamics. “It’s become this incredible convergence of generosity, partnership, and purpose. Beyond the golf and the camaraderie, we are building the next generation of data center infrastructure and helping equip the next generation of leaders with the skills and education they need. That’s what this is really about.”

The donation will support education and workforce development in Northern Virginia, funding student engagement, hands-on learning initiatives, and exposure to real-world career pathways through NOVA’s IET programs. These programs provide training in engineering technology and data center operations, preparing students for in-demand roles across the data center and critical infrastructure ecosystem.

“We applaud Compu Dynamics for leading by example in its commitment to community colleges and the success of NOVA students,” said Kelly Persons, Executive Director of the NOVA Educational Foundation. Their generosity and ongoing partnership demonstrates the power of collaboration in shaping the future workforce.”

Now in its sixth year, Compu Dynamics’ annual golf tournament continues to grow in scale and impact, supporting NOVA’s IET programs and reinforcing the company’s long-standing commitment to education and workforce development for the data center industry.
