The design-build project combined seismic engineering and bracing, high-density power distribution, and an overhead conveyance system spanning 290 linear feet to optimize airflow and thermal isolation—while reserving pathways for future liquid cooling integration.

  • Structural resilience was achieved through advanced seismic bracing and anchoring across the superstructure, equipment supports, and critical pathways, ensuring continuous operation under regional seismic conditions.
  • For power flexibility, 400A Starline busways with dual tap boxes established a modular backbone capable of supporting variable rack densities and rapid reconfiguration. Integrated CX Assist grounding and redundant conveyance routes enhance safety and maintainability.
  • A rigid overhead superstructure supports a 290-linear-foot conveyance system, designed to route power and fiber while maintaining clear thermal separation for efficient airflow and stable rack inlet temperatures.
  • The build-out also included lighting systems, cage walls, 24-strand fiber distribution, and security cameras, delivering a secure, operationally complete, and code-compliant white space ready for immediate IT deployment.
  • Future readiness was embedded from the start, with CDU-ready connections and reserved zones for secondary-loop manifolds and piping. The design allows for seamless integration of direct-to-chip or rear-door heat exchanger systems as workloads evolve—without interrupting live operations.
