Compu Dynamics specializes in comprehensive support for General Contractors (GCs) by assuming responsibility for the entire white space scope from gallery to rack. This typically includes Electrical, Low Voltage, Containment, and Mechanical/Liquid Cooling Systems. We can also manage other trades when their scope is needed inside data halls such as Structural Ceilings, Fire Suppression, Fire Alarm, BMS/ Monitoring, and Security.
Our approach involves seamless coordination with our own self-perform workforce, our own separate subcontractors, and the GC’s base building subcontractors, allowing GC personnel to remain laser-focused on base building completion while we concentrate on white space integration. During preconstruction and design phases, we collaborate closely with GCs, Colos, and End Users to ensure compatibility of the data hall utilities with the base building infrastructure.
